Arnaldo started in security 10+ years ago at the door of Toronto’s most demanding environments — high-end hospitality, performance events, entertainment productions, corporate settings.
He didn’t start in an office. He started at the door. He learned early that security is a service profession. The best guards don’t just protect a space — they elevate it. They set the tone. They make patrons feel safe and welcome in the same breath.
That experience is why Lavres operates the way it does. Arnaldo stays involved in hiring, training, and every client relationship — not from a distance.
